demo import broken-images missing and layout incorrect

Hello,
Today I purchased the WoodMart theme and installed it using the Setup Wizard.
The license is activated and the demo import completes without any errors. I tried importing two demos: “Mega Electronics” and “Electronics 3”.
However, after the import the website does not appear like the demo. The images and banners are missing and the layout is broken. Only text appears and the menu and elements are not aligned correctly.
I tried the following:
importing the demo again
activating all required plugins (Elementor, WoodMart Core, WooCommerce)
reinstalling the theme
I also tested installing a free WordPress theme, and it works normally with correct layout and images. The problem only appears when importing the WoodMart demo.
The result with WoodMart demos is always the same.
I am attaching screenshots showing how the website looks after the demo import.
Could you please help me fix this and load the demo correctly with all images and layout?
