Frequently Bought Together not working as it should

Hello,
I created a bundle for the “Frequently Bought Together” section, and as shown in the image, the discount is applied to one item. However, when the products are added to the cart, the full price is charged.
Also, I set a 5% discount on both products in the bundle, but the discount is only visible on one item. Even when I apply the discount to the base product, it is not calculated.
Can you help solve this?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

As we can see, most of the plugins are still enabled. Please temporarily turn them off so we can investigate this.
