Hello! Yes, you can move the site to a new domain and use your existing WoodMart license.
What to do:
1) On the current site: Dashboard > WoodMart > Theme License > Deactivate.
2) Migrate your site to the new domain.
3) On the new domain: Dashboard > WoodMart > Theme License > enter your purchase code and activate.
Notes:
– One license covers 1 live site plus 1 staging/development site for the same project. If this is a different project/site, a separate license is required.
– If you don’t have access to the old site, log in to xtemos.com/my-account, open Your purchase codes, deactivate the old domain there, then activate on the new domain.
– To avoid update issues, always deactivate the license before transferring. If you already moved and can’t update, deactivate and re-activate the license, then go to Dashboard > Updates > Check Again and update the theme.
– For staging, enable the Development domain option during activation.
If you see an “already activated” or limit message, remove the old activation in your XTemos account and try again.
