Search not working on the website

    Hello

    We have an issue with the search on the website using WoodMart and we really want to solve it.
    When we do a search for a keyword like “orea” we see that is trying to search, we can choose the product proposed, but when trying to show all results it redirects to https://prettygoodcoffee.ro/?s=orea&post_type=product

    But this does not work when accessing it. We need help to solve it.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    You can find below the login details.
    What I want to avoid is deactivating the entire website so check if is working, without taking a look. It is important for me.
    And the search is not working for a lot of time.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been resolved. Check back your site and check the issue. Navigate to Layouts > Edit the Shop All layout and exclude the shop search results.

    Our site was migrated to Kinsta. All ok, but the search is not returning anything.
