itscocoachenelleParticipantHi WoodMart Team,
I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with the product grid on my homepage.
Sometimes the products display correctly, but 90% of times the product section does not render at all. When the issue occurs, the page also loads noticeably slower.
Setup:
– WoodMart theme (latest version)
– WooCommerce active
– Elementor used for homepage layout
– Homepage includes a product grid/shop sectionAdditional context:
– The issue is inconsistent (works for short period, then stops fr a long period, then works again without changes)
– A developer previously worked on the site and mentioned needing to “patch” functionality, but could not solve issue
– The issue seems isolated to the product homepage sectionCould you please help me determine:
– Whether this could be related to WoodMart’s AJAX product loading
– If there are known conflicts with caching, minification, or specific plugins
– What steps I can take to isolate the issueI can provide the website URL and temporary access if needed.
Thank you in advance for your help.

itscocoachenelleParticipantHi,
Thank you for your response.
I’ve attached screenshots and a screen recording showing the issue when the product grid does not render, as well as when it displays correctly.I have a screenshot of the product grid loading normally on mobile, and then a screenshot and screen recording of it failing to load. When the product grid stops rendering, it looks as shown in the other two screenshots, where it only shows the categories on the page and no product.
The categories all still work when clicked on, but I would still like my home shop page to visually display all products I have when people land there.
The issue is intermittent, but it happens frequently (most of the time). When the products fail to load, the page also becomes noticeably slower. In the last 2 weeks, homepage has rendered all products one day out of the week for about half a day before it disappears again.
I’ve added my WP Admin login details in the private content section for you to review.
Please let me know if you need anything further.Thank you
Chenelle

It seems to be a cache issue on your site, I have purged the cache from the LiteSpeed plugin and the products are showing fine on your site.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/mP6bMZNy
Please try clearing your browser cache/site cache or checking the issue.
Best Regards

itscocoachenelleParticipantHi,
Thank you for checking.
I did notice that clearing/purging the cache has made the products reappear before, but the issue has also returned again after some time. Because of that, I’m concerned this may be a temporary fix rather than the root cause.
Could you please advise on what specifically in LiteSpeed cache or the current site setup may be causing the homepage shop products to disappear intermittently, and what the best long-term fix would be?
If there are any LiteSpeed settings, optimization settings, or exclusions that should be adjusted, please let me know.Thank you
ChenelleApril 1, 2026 at 9:39 am #714760Hello,
You are right — if clearing the cache fixes the issue temporarily, then it indicates the problem is related to LiteSpeed cache, not the core of the theme.
Please try disabling or adjusting JS settings in LiteSpeed Cache, then clear both LiteSpeed and server cache and and check the issue.
Best Regards,
