Currently, I have set up Shipping Zones and enabled the Local Pickup option. However, I need to implement a setup where customers can clearly choose between Delivery and Click & Collect (Local Pickup) using radio buttons at checkout.
At present, both options are not being displayed as a selectable radio button choice, which is causing confusion for users. I have also tried using a WooCommerce plugin to achieve this functionality, but unfortunately, it did not produce the desired result.
Our requirement is straightforward:
Customers should be able to select either Delivery or Click & Collect (not both).
The options should appear clearly as radio buttons at checkout.
The selection should properly reflect the chosen shipping method.
Could you please guide us on how to correctly configure this, or suggest a reliable solution (plugin or custom setup) to achieve the expected behavior?
