    Dear Team,

I hope you are doing well.

We have observed that our website URL (https://gulfa.ae/) is currently displaying an additional parameter such as “?v=b6bb43df4525” across all pages, with varying characters each time the site is accessed.

As discussed, this parameter is typically added for cache versioning purposes; however, it is not required to be visible in the URL from a user or SEO perspective.

Could you please guide, how I can remove this?

    Dear Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to seek your guidance on a scenario we are currently facing with our website pricing and shipping configuration.

We have multiple products where pricing varies based on the selected delivery method. For example, if a customer selects free delivery, the product price is AED 10, whereas if the customer opts for local pickup, the price is AED 8. Additionally, we have a discount voucher system in place with varying percentage-based discounts.

The challenge is that we have different products with different local pickup pricing, and while we have configured shipping classes, the system allows only one shipping class to be assigned per product. This limitation makes it difficult to manage multiple pricing structures based on delivery methods effectively.

We would appreciate your advice on how best to handle this scenario. Ideally, we are looking for a solution that allows dynamic pricing based on the selected shipping method while maintaining compatibility with our existing discount voucher system.

Kindly suggest the most suitable approach or any recommended workaround.

    Hello,

    01. This query string is added automatically by WooCommerce geolocation with page-caching support. It’s not from the theme or demo import.

    You can remove it easily:

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > General > Find Default customer location > If it is set to “Geolocate (with caching support)”, change it to “Shop base”.

    02. Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Best Regards

    Dear Mr. Imtiaz,

Thank you for your support. Geolocation has been changed to shop.

Further, there is no option with the default theme to make these type of advance changes.

    Dear Mr. Imtiaz,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to request your guidance on how to adjust the height of the promo pop-up. I have tried modifying the padding; however, it does not seem to affect the height.

My objective is to position the promo content in the center and improve its overall appearance. Kindly review the attached image for reference.

    Looking forward to your support.

    Dear Mr. Imtiaz,

I hope you are doing well.

Furthermore, I am currently facing an issue while updating the category thumbnail image. After making changes and saving, the image does not update on the frontend.

I have already cleared all caches and confirmed that the PHP max upload size is set to 10000. I also performed some troubleshooting, but the issue persists.

I recall making changes earlier under Appearance → Customization → Product Images → Thumbnail (1:1) and later reverting it back to Uncropped. However, the issue still remains unchanged.

Could you please advise on the possible cause and how we can resolve this? Kindly refer to the attached image for more details.

    Looking forward to your support.

    Hello,

    01. Edit the popup with elementor > Edit popup settings and change the popup height:
    https://postimg.cc/mhYHVXRR

    Please check this manual: https://postimg.cc/mhYHVXRR

    02. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards

    Hello Mr. Imtiaz,

Thank you for your prompt response. The issue related to the promo has now been resolved except shipping one. Will check that later.

However, I am currently facing another challenge. The entire layout of the website appears to be disturbed. If you could please visit https://gulfa.ae, you will notice that the alignment is not proper. For your reference you can compare live website with the development one https://webdemo.gulfa.net. This issue seems to have occurred suddenly.

Could you please advise on how this can be fixed at the earliest?

    Looking forward to your support.

What only I did 1 week before that I change the image thumbnail to 1:1 ratio than I switched it back to uncropped. May be that could be the reason? Entire website structure has disturbed. 🙁

Is there a way we can fix it, or I shall restore it from the backup?

I have restored the website twice but it is not working as expected. Even I cannot see the media in wordpress. :-(. But on the other domain https://webdemo.gulfa.net is working fine. I copy the live website to this domain in the morning today.

    ello Mr. Imtiaz,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently facing an issue with the website. The shop page URL is set as https://gulfa.ae/shop
; however, on mobile devices it is redirecting to /shop1 instead.

Could you please advise how I can ensure the shop address remains consistent on mobile as well?

    Dear Mr. Imtiaz,

    Thank you for your reply.

Please find below the WordPress login details. I would appreciate it if you could review and investigate the issues.

As per the attachment, the images are not displaying properly, and the shop URL on mobile is incorrect. The shop URL on mobile should be: https://gulfa.ae/shop

Additionally, as discussed earlier, kindly review the shipping configuration as well and ensure everything is functioning correctly.

Looking forward to your support on resolving these issues.

    Hello,

    01. I have checked your site and the images are loading fine on your site.

    See Screenshot for clarification:https://postimg.cc/1V8w7rg5

Please try to clear the site/browser cache and check the issue.

    02. Please edit the main Shop page and change both the title and the slug from shop1 to shop.

After that, edit the Gulfa Shop page and remove the shop slug from that page so it does not conflict with the main shop URL.

    Best Regards
