How can I display the “my-account” dropdown menu to guest users?

Logged-in users see a default dropdown menu under ‘My Account’. How can I make this same menu also appear for users who are not logged in?
Hello,
By default, the “My Account” dropdown menu is only shown for logged-in users, as it displays account-related options (orders, addresses, logout, etc.).
You can display the same dropdown for guests, but it will show Login and Register instead of account options.
NoteL The full account menu (orders, dashboard, etc.) will only appear after login, as it requires user data.
