Subject: My Account Orders URL generating incorrect link
Hello Woodmart Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with the Account dropdown in the Header Builder.
When a logged-in user clicks on ‘Orders’ in the My Account dropdown, it redirects to this incorrect URL:
https://watchbyhandmod.com/orders/?page_id=9
Instead of the correct URL which should be:
https://watchbyhandmod.com/mi-cuenta/orders/
Here is what I have already checked and tried:
– The My Account page slug is correctly set to ‘mi-cuenta’
– The WooCommerce Advanced settings show the correct page assigned to My Account (ID: 9)
– The ‘orders’ endpoint in WooCommerce Advanced settings is correctly set to ‘orders’
– I have saved the permalinks multiple times to regenerate URLs
– The My Account page has no parent page assigned
None of the above has resolved the issue. The dropdown keeps generating the wrong URL mixing ‘/orders/’ with ‘?page_id=9’.
Could you please provide a solution without requiring custom code additions?
