adding emails from SMTP

    Is there a way to get this theme to work with an SMTP plugin, or just MailChimp? I’d also appreciate any help as to why my WooCommerce emails are going to spam.

    Hello,

    Regarding the emails going to spam, please try to install and configure the SMTP plugin. You can use any SMTP plugin to send the follow-up emails.

    I tried configuring Mailpoet, but the test message isn’t sending. The page keeps loading, but nothing happens. When I changed the theme, it worked. Is there any way I can check what’s blocking it?

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then please share some screenshots of the issue with the default theme and WoodMart theme so I can further check on your site and reproduce the issue?

    I only have the Woodmart theme enabled, along with the necessary plugins like Core, WooCommerce, and the Mailpoet SMTP plugin. It still doesn’t work. I have it on a test server so I can provide login credentials.

    I’ve provided my login details in a message to the moderator, so you can check it out. It works for the basic theme, but the plugin can’t send emails on Woodmart. The page keeps loading after trying to send a test email, and then nothing happens.

    I tested it on another hosting provider and it works. I entered the correct data according to my hosting provider’s instructions, but it doesn’t work. I’ll contact the new hosting provider.

    Hello,

    Since it works on another hosting provider, the issue is not related to the WoodMart theme. It is most likely caused by server restrictions (SMTP ports, firewall, or mail configuration).

    We recommend contacting your hosting provider to check outgoing SMTP connections and server mail settings.
