    Hello,

    I’m currently setting up a newly purchased WordPress theme, but I’m unable to import the prebuilt demos. The import process fails, and I’ve identified that the issue is related to the DOMDocument PHP extension not being enabled on the server.

    Could you please enable the DOMDocument (php-xml) extension for my hosting account?

    This is required for the theme demo import functionality to work properly.

    Hello,

    The thing is that the parameter comes from the server; our theme cannot influence it, you need to contact your server support and ask them to enable that parameter.
