Products Not Showing on Shop Page (Random Issue)

    Hello,

    I would like to report the issue regarding the Shop page.

    The problem is:

    * The Shop page sometimes does not display any products at all.
    * This issue happens randomly — sometimes products appear normally, but other times the page is completely empty.
    * When this happens, I have to manually clear the cache from the hosting panel to make the products show again.

    This behavior is not reliable for a live store, because:

    * Customers may visit the Shop page and see no products.
    * This directly affects user experience and sales.

    Please help check what might be causing this issue and provide a stable solution.

    **This issue seems related to caching, but even after adjustments, it still occurs intermittently.

    Hello,

    I have checked your Shop page, and at the moment, products are displaying correctly.

    Since the issue appears randomly and gets resolved after clearing the cache, it is most likely related to server-side or caching configuration rather than the theme itself.

    We recommend the following:

    Review your hosting cache settings and exclude Shop, Cart, Checkout, and My Account pages from caching.

    If you are using any caching plugin please temporarily disable it and test again and also clear all layers of cache (browser, plugin, CDN, and server cache if applicable).

    If the issue still occurs after disabling cache, please let us know and provide the exact steps to reproduce it so we can investigate further.
