Review Reminder Template Html File not Found

    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with customizing the review reminder email. In the template field I notice the following message: “File not found”, I attach image.
    I checked the theme files and it seems to be present under the path /public_html/wp-content/themes/woodmart/woocommerce/emails/review-reminder.php

    Hello,

    The Review Reminder email is a theme specific feature, and its template is located in the theme directory (woodmart/woocommerce/emails/review-reminder.php). WooCommerce may not correctly detect this path in the admin panel, which is why the message is shown.

    This does not necessarily indicate an issue, and the email should still function correctly.

    Please check if the email is being sent as expected. If there are any issues with sending or layout, let us know and we will assist further.
