SS-techParticipantHi Team,
I’m facing an issue with my website header while using the WoodMart theme.
Initially, the header loads correctly with the proper styling. However, after a few seconds (or sometimes after interaction/scroll), the header background suddenly turns completely white, which breaks the design and visibility of menu items.
Issue Details:
Theme: WoodMart
Page Type: Product page (also observed on other pages)
Behavior:
Header loads fine at first
After a few seconds, it turns white automatically
This issue is inconsistent but happens frequentlyWhat I’ve Checked:
Cleared cache (browser + site cache)
Disabled plugins temporarily (no clear conflict found)
Checked header builder settings
Verified no custom CSS intentionally setting white backgroundPossible Causes (from my side):
Sticky header settings conflict
JavaScript delay or CSS override after load
Lazy loading or optimization plugin issueRequest:
Could you please help identify why the header background is changing after load and suggest a fix?If needed, I can share access or a screen recording for better clarity.
Thanks in advance!

I have checked your website, and the header is displaying correctly including after page load and interaction.
See Screenshot for clarification:https://postimg.cc/TKHYpk9kPlease try to clear the CDN cache and clear all types of cache, and double-check the issue.
Best Regards

This issue is usually caused by caching serving. Clear all levels of cache (plugin cache, server cache, and CDN) and test in a private/incognito window.
If the issue persists, please test with caching disabled. If it works correctly without cache, the problem is cache configuration–related rather than theme itself.
Best Regards
