hassParticipantHello,
In the latest update, it seems that Slider Revolution has been removed from the WoodMart theme. We had previously created sliders using this plugin, and everything was working fine before. However, we are now encountering an issue (empty response error), which was not happening earlier.
Please check the attached video.
Can you please help me fix this?

Thanks for the details and the video. To check whether the issue is related to the theme, please temporarily switch your site to a default WordPress theme (for example, Twenty Twenty-Four) and repeat the same action in Slider Revolution that triggers the “empty response” error. Keep the same plugins active during this test.
Please let us know:
– If the error still occurs with the default theme
– The exact steps you performed and where the error appearsThis will help us determine if the problem is theme-related and guide the next steps.
Kind Regards

hassParticipantHello,
I checked the slider — it was working earlier, but now it’s not working in the WoodMart theme. It works fine when I switch to another theme, so the issue seems specific to WoodMart. Also, this slider was added using the WoodMart plugin, not from an external source.
Could you please check and help resolve this?Attachments:

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme (including caching, optimization, and third-party WooCommerce extensions)? This will help us check if any of them are causing the issue.
After that, kindly share your WordPress admin access using the Private content field so we can investigate it directly.
We will review your setup and get back to you shortly.
Best regards

hassParticipantHello,
I’ve added the WordPress admin access in the private content. Please check and help resolve the issue.April 24, 2026 at 10:35 am #716829As I can see, most of the plugins are still active. Please disable them all and switch to the parent theme in Appearance -> Themes.
