Turn off pop-up window on variable product

Hi,
In the attachment, you can find an image of the pop-up that appears when a user does not select an attribute on a variable product.
Is there an option in the theme to disable this pop-up and instead display a notification message on the page for this error?

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
