‘Estimated Delivery’ Module Ineffective

The whole point of displaying an ‘Estimated Delivery Date Range’ on the Single Product page is to give the customer a clear idea as to when they can expect to receive the product.

We have 3 shipping zones :
Zone 1 : Within Same City (1-2 Days)
Zone 2 : Within Same State (3-4 Days)
Zone 3 : Within Same Country (5-8 Days)

The single product page defaults to showing an estimated delivery date of 5-8 days – which would deter someone from the same city to place an order.

The proper implementation would be to ask the customer to input their Zipcode/Pincode on the Single Product page and then display an accurate expected delivery date after matching their input against our predefined shipping zones.

Is this possible within Woodmart?
If not, can someone please recommend a 3rd party plugin to make this work?
