Need help with activating Theme License

    My site had a License and i had to purchase another one and need to replace the old one. Inside Woodmart – Theme License i used the button “deactivate license”, and got the “Theme license is successfully deactivated.”
    But still doesn’t ask to enter a new license key. Now i can use the “deactivate theme” button, and it does nothing.

    First it says it’s deactivated, but does not offer any chance to enter a new code. And if a reload the page, it says “Thank you for activation.”

    Hello,

    Try to deactivate the old license in your account on our website and then activate the new one from WoodMart -> Theme license and check how it works.

    Hello!

    I can’t do that because it was installed by our former IT from, i think, his account. He passed away last year so we can’t do that.

    As we can see, the theme is still activated. Note that if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.
