The variable product is not working properly

    Hello,
    If one of the color options is preselected, the “Add to cart” button does not work when the user clicks on the product. The user has to switch to another color and then switch back to the originally selected one for it to work.

    If no color is preselected, adding to the cart works correctly.

    Also, it does not work when the variations are set up as individual products.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,
    I’ve deactivated all plugins and the problem is still there. I can’t leave plugins off, my site is live and want work properly.

    I have temporarily deactivated the plugins on your site and it is working fine.

    Please visit your site and deactivate all plugins on your site that are not related to the theme and check the issue, then activate the plugins one by one to check which one causes the issue.
