    Hello XTemos Support,

I’m having an issue with Elementor on my WordPress website using the Woodmart theme.

When WooCommerce is activated, Elementor does not load correctly. For example, when I try to edit the homepage with Elementor, the editor keeps loading indefinitely and eventually returns a 500 server error.

I tried many troubleshooting steps, including disabling all plugins and reactivating them one by one. After testing, I found that the issue specifically happens when WooCommerce is activated. If I deactivate WooCommerce, Elementor starts working again.

However, when WooCommerce is disabled, several Woodmart elements disappear from the website, including header elements like profile/login/register/wishlist, and product sections/catalogs on the homepage are no longer displayed.

Because Woodmart depends on both Elementor and WooCommerce, I’m not sure if this is a compatibility issue, a WooCommerce problem, or a server-related issue.

Could you please help me identify the cause and how to fix it?

    WoodMart: 6.9.4
    Elementor: 4.0.4
    WooCommerce: 10.7.0

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this Internal 500 Server Error is not related to the Theme. It is the Elementor & your Server issue. Please go through these articles to know more about it & how to resolve it:
