Technical Issue: “Items per page” settings are not saving in Product Grid

    Hello Team,

    I am facing another issue where the “Items per page” settings in the Product Grid/Carousel are not saving.

    My goal is to set the product columns as follows:

    Desktop: 5 items

    Tablet: 3 items

    Mobile: 2 items

    However, every time I change these values and click “Save,” the settings automatically revert back to 5 for all devices after the page refreshes. It seems like the theme is not storing these specific configuration changes in the database, similar to the CSS saving issue I mentioned earlier.

    I have already tried deactivating 3rd party plugins, but the problem persists. Since you already have my WP Admin access, could you please look into this and fix why these settings are not being applied?

    Hello,

    Kindly note that in the Product Grid/Carousel element, the “Items per page” option is a global setting and is not device-specific. This means the value you set there will apply to all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile), which is why it reverts to a single value after saving.

    For responsive control (different columns per device), you should use the “Columns” settings, where you can define separate values for desktop, tablet, and mobile. The “Items per page” field only controls the total number of products displayed, not the layout per device.

    Please adjust the columns accordingly, and your layout should work as expected.
