zilabs.itParticipantHello,
I set Products per page to 16 in:
Theme Settings -> Shop -> Products grid
However, I’m experiencing inconsistent behavior on the frontend:
Sometimes it shows 15 products instead of 16
In some product categories it shows more than 16 products
If I refresh the page, the correct number (16) is displayed
If I open the Woodmart settings and click Save again (without changes), it also fixes the issueThe problem is that even after fixing it, the issue reappears after a few hours or days, and I have to repeat the same process (open settings and save again).
I already:
Cleared all caches (WP Rocket, server, browser)
Checked for loop_shop_per_page filters -> none found
Verified that the value is correctly saved in xts-woodmart-optionsIt seems like the setting is not consistently applied or is being overridden over time.
Could you please clarify:
If Woodmart uses any caching/transients for this setting?
If there is any hook or process that needs to be triggered to apply it correctly?Thank you.
May 5, 2026 at 11:47 am #717616Hello,
It seems to be a cache issue on your site. Please try to clear all types of cache (browser, server, CDN), and double-check the issue.
If the issue remains, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
If the issue still remains, your given login link is not working, it is redirecting to the account page. Can you please share the WP admin login URL in the private area so I can check and give you a possible solution?
Best Regards

zilabs.itParticipantHello,
thank you for your reply.
I already cleared all caches several times: browser cache, WP Rocket cache, server cache and Redis/object cache.
The strange behavior is that the issue disappears immediately after saving the Woodmart Theme Settings page again, even without changing anything. Then, after a few hours or days, the problem appears again on some product categories.
I will try to test the site by disabling third-party plugins, but since this is a live WooCommerce store, I need to do it carefully.
I will also send you the correct WP admin login URL in the private area.
Best regards.
May 6, 2026 at 9:40 am #717715Hello,
I have checked your site and have not seen the issue on your site. Could you please share some useful screenshots for better understanding how it works on your site that demonstrate the problem, so we can understand and reproduce it on your website?
Best Regards
