Unable to download files after purchasing woodmart

Im getting this error after click on downloads all files or wordpress only

Thanks for your message. The “AccessDenied” XML message appears to be a ThemeForest/Envato download issue rather than something related to WoodMart itself. Please contact ThemeForest/Envato Support to resolve the download permissions on your account. After they fix it, you should be able to download WoodMart from your ThemeForest Downloads page.

Thanks for sharing the file I have updated my Woodmart child is still on 1.0.1 and Woodmart Version: 8.4.1
