Hello Xtemos Team,
I am having trouble activating my WoodMart license on my domain (jaobaa.com). I am receiving the error message: “The API server can’t be reached. Please contact your hosting provider…”
I have already contacted my hosting provider (Asura Hosting), and they have confirmed the following:
There are no firewall blocks from the server to xtemos.com.
Connectivity tests and handshakes between the servers are returning positive results.
3.allow_url_fopen is enabled and PHP Memory is set to 512M.
Despite this, the license page still shows the red error and won’t allow activation.
Can you please check if my server IP or domain is being blocked on your end, or if there is an alternative way to activate the theme?
I have my purchase code ready to provide privately.
