    Hello Xtemos Team,

I am reaching out to seek your guidance regarding my WoodMart theme license and project.

I am currently developing a website for my pharmaceutical distribution business. I initially started this project with the help of an external tutor, and we selected one of your most comprehensive demos (the Supermarket demo). However, due to personal reasons, I am no longer working with that tutor and I am now leading the development entirely on my own while I continue to learn.

As I move forward alone, I’ve realized that the demo I chose is too complex for my current needs and expertise, and I feel it is hindering my progress rather than helping. Therefore, I would like to ask:

Changing the Demo: Is it possible to uninstall the current demo and install a simpler one on the same domain? I want to find a base that better fits the essence of my business without requiring such deep technical customization.

Installation Policy: Are there any restrictions or limits on how many times I can install or test different WoodMart demos while I find the right one, as long as it is on the same site?

Technical Support: My support subscription expires in August. Can I still count on your technical guidance if I decide to restart the design with a different demo?

I truly value the quality of your theme and I don\\\’t want to give up on it, as it is an excellent tool. However, I need to simplify the process to successfully complete the project by myself.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and for any advice you can provide to help me get my website back on track.

    Best regards,

    john vivas

    Hello,

    01. You can safely uninstall the current demo content and install a different, simpler WoodMart demo on the same domain. Navigate to WoodMart > Prebuilt Websites and import another demo.

    02. There is no restriction on how many demos you can import or test on the same site. You can try different demos until you find the one that fits your business best.

    03. Once your support subscription expires in August, you will still have access to the theme and documentation. However, official technical support will only be available while your support period is active. You can renew it anytime if you need continued assistance.

You can extend the support period on our theme’s page here https://themeforest.net/item/woodmart-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/20264492

    Best Regards

    Hello Xtemos Team,

I am currently setting up a new test instance for my project “Droguería Vitaly Salud” and I need to ensure the theme displays in Spanish natively and efficiently.

I have already followed your previous recommendations:

WordPress Site Language is already set to Spanish in General Settings.

I have tried using Loco Translate to translate the strings.

Despite this, the changes are not being applied (neither partially nor fully), and I still see many elements in English that I cannot locate manually. My goal is to avoid using automatic browser translators and instead have a native Spanish base to build the site correctly from the start.

Could you provide specific instructions or the most efficient method to force the loading of WoodMart’s translation files (.po/.mo) so the site recognizes Spanish natively? Is there an official language pack I should manually upload to the system folders?

I would truly appreciate your guidance on this, as I am now managing this technical development on my own.

    Best regards,

    Dear xtemos Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am resending the login credentials for the staging site, as it seems there was an issue with the initial access. Please find the credentials and the necessary CAPTCHA details attached below to access the WordPress dashboard.

As we discussed, the primary goal is to successfully translate the theme I am currently using for testing. This is a critical step for me, as it will allow me to properly set up my custom fields and proceed with migrating my pharmacy’s data efficiently.

However, I would like to make a special request: beyond just achieving the technical translation, I am very interested in understanding your process.

My goal is to learn and master these methods (the specific files used, the technical configuration, etc.) so that I can apply them independently to future themes and projects. I would greatly appreciate it if you could briefly document the steps you took or provide a technical overview of how the translation was implemented.

I look forward to your update and to learning from your expertise. Thank you very much for your support and for helping me grow in this area.
