WoodMart Footer HTML Block Not Showing on Frontend

    Hello Support Team,

    I am facing an issue with the footer on my WordPress website using the WoodMart theme.

    I created a custom footer using an HTML Block and assigned it from:
    WoodMart → Theme Settings → Footer → HTML Block

    The selected footer block is showing correctly in the theme settings, but on the frontend a different footer is still appearing.

    I have already checked the following:

    – Footer is enabled in WoodMart settings
    – Correct HTML Block is selected
    – HTML Block is published
    – Cleared cache
    – Checked Elementor Theme Builder
    – Checked page-level footer settings

    Still, the old footer keeps showing on the frontend.

    Also, the currently visible footer shows Elementor edit controls on hover, which makes me think another template may be overriding the WoodMart footer globally.

    Could you please help identify from where this footer is being loaded and how to properly force the WoodMart HTML Block footer sitewide?

    Also, could you please check this issue as well?

    We noticed that the header is not functioning properly on mobile devices. The off-canvas menu does not open when clicking the menu icon.

    We have already reviewed the header settings and could not find any issue from our side. Kindly look into this and help us resolve the problem. You can check the header on the front end as well.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    We have deactivated all unnecessary and low-usage plugins from the website to check for any possible plugin conflicts. However, the issue is still persisting.

    The footer issue remains unresolved, and the mobile header problem is also still present, as the off-canvas menu is not functioning properly.

    Could you please investigate this further from your end?

    Your issue has been resolved. I have deactivated some of the plugins on your site and the footer is showing fine.

    Please check back your site and check the issue. Please visit your site and reactivate the plugin one by one to check which one causes the issue.
