danish.ishfaqParticipantI am facing a major issue with the prices displayed on Google Search results. The main problem is that my product and category pages are showing the wrong currency symbol in Google searches. Although I have configured PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as the default currency across my entire theme, Google is still displaying the Indian Rupee symbol.
I have already checked all WooCommerce and Rank Math settings thoroughly. I even disabled Rank Math schema markup completely, but the issue still persists. After extensive troubleshooting, I am fully convinced that the problem is coming from the theme code itself.
I have attached the screenshot of issue as well.
That is why I purchased your license and support. Please investigate this issue properly and resolve it accordingly as soon as possible.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
Best Regards

danish.ishfaqParticipantWhat are you talking about? This is a live theme and the website is already running in production. It’s not something where I can simply switch to another theme just to check whether the issue is theme-related.
I’m specifically referring to Google search results. How exactly am I supposed to switch themes and instantly verify changes on Google Search? Google typically takes at least 5–7 days to crawl, process, and reflect any updates in search results.
May 11, 2026 at 9:36 am #718058Hello,
The issue is most likely related to how Google is caching and processing your structured data, rather than a direct theme issue.
Please check the following:
– Verify your site in Google Search Console and request re-indexing for the affected pages.
– Test your structured data using Google Rich Results Test to confirm the correct currency/schema is being output.
– If you are using any SEO or currency-switcher plugins, ensure they are configured correctly and not output conflicting schema data. Please note that Google may take several days to refresh search result information after re-crawling.
Best Regards

danish.ishfaqParticipantI have already done all these points already.
– i am not using any currency switcher at all
– in google rich results test i can see the PKR currency
– i have also cleared the cloudflare cache and then requested pages for re-indexingthe issue is very old and i have done almost everything.
May 11, 2026 at 4:19 pm #718170Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

danish.ishfaqParticipantAre you actually a theme developer? I seriously doubt it, because the way you are responding sounds like a complete beginner. Sorry to say this, but there is nothing professional or technical about your replies.
As I already explained, this is a LIVE website, and this issue is NOT a website bug. Yet you keep asking me to deactivate all plugins like you don’t even understand the actual problem. This is a GOOGLE SEARCH indexing issue, not a frontend/plugin conflict.
Disabling plugins will NOT instantly affect Google search results because Google takes days or even weeks to recrawl and reflect changes. Any experienced developer should already know that.
I purchased a technical support license expecting competent assistance, not generic copy-paste troubleshooting steps that have nothing to do with the issue I reported.
Please escalate this ticket to a senior developer or someone who actually understands SEO and Google indexing behavior.
May 12, 2026 at 3:02 pm #718278Hello,
Sorry for the confusion. I checked with the developers, and they confirmed that the theme does not generate SEO Schema for products. This is usually handled either by WooCommerce or by a third-party plugin that specializes in SEO markup.
We also noticed that your website already has Schema generated by a third-party plugin https://monosnap.ai/file/neLM5ShFxVEHqkCJ4hxvnkeesdcK1Q, containing the same content as shown in the screenshot you provided.
If you still have any additional questions, feel free to ask.
Best Regards.
