sevtra7ParticipantHi,
In the front office, two images have distorted sizes. Why?No one has made any changes to the front office, yet two images are distorted?
See screenshot!

KadMay 15, 2026 at 3:43 pm #718539Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

sevtra7ParticipantHi,
We followed your advice and disabled all unnecessary plugins except those from Woodmart, but the problem persists in the front office! What should we do?

May 29, 2026 at 9:59 am #719884Hi,
To fix this behavior on the frontend, please go through each of the banners one by one. In the “Advanced” tab, set the width option to “Custom” and enter “100%” as the value. You will need to repeat this process for all three banners and save your changes. Screanshot: https://monosnap.ai/file/Fqwpnej3V1TpVgD2j46m7BUxqSuYmk

sevtra7ParticipantHi,
As you requested, I deactivated all the plugins, but even before reactivating them one by one, the front-end problem persists. See screenshots of the back-end and front-end.
Thank you in advance,

Kad

Thanks for the update. After re-saving the homepage, the banners now display correctly on the front end. It seems this was likely caused by a change in Elementor’s base styles. We will review this on our side and, if we identify an issue, include a fix in an upcoming update.
Kind regards,
