header and footer not showing correctly

Hi,
I have set in theme settings header and footer of the website (as per attached images). But if you visit the website (it’s a dev site) https://adpwebdesigntest.it/formacultura/ they are not corresponding and the header/footer showed are the old ones from old version of website (https://www.formacultura.it/)
I had WPML active and everything was showing fine. Since WPML is not active on this url, I deactivated the plugin, and now header and footer are wrong. Is this the reason?
Anyway, while keeping WPML deactivated, how can I show the correct header/footer as per my settings?

Hello,
The issue is happening because Elementor Pro Header & Footer is currently overriding the WoodMart theme header and footer.
Even if you change settings in Theme Settings, Elementor templates will still have higher priority.
To fix this please disable the elementor pro header and footer templates.
After that WoodMart theme header and footer will automatically start displaying again.
