Request: Make Wishlist and Cart icons always visible in custom Product Loop layo

Hello, I am using a custom “Product loop item layout” for my products (bailecn.com). Currently, the Wishlist and Cart icons only appear after clicking or hovering on mobile. I want them to be ALWAYS visible, just like the product titles. I’ve attached screenshots of my layout settings. Please help me with the correct CSS or settings. Thanks!

Hello,
I have checked your site and the Wishlist and Compare icons are already displaying correctly without hover — they are visible in the product loop on mobile as expected.
