    Hello,

    I would like to know if your theme allows adding a free product automatically to the cart based on specific order conditions.

    For example:

    * Add a free product when the cart total reaches a certain amount
    * Add a free gift when a customer buys a specific product or category
    * Automatically include the free item in the cart without requiring manual action

    Could you please explain how this can be configured with your theme?

    Hello,

    Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Free Gifts (enable it)

    Then create rules in Dashboard > Products > Free Gifts > Add New

    Is it possible to add free products without them appearing in my product list? These would be products that I don’t sell and would like to offer as gifts.

    Hello,

    Yes — you can offer free gifts without showing those products in your public catalog.

    Here’s how:
    – Create the gift as a regular WooCommerce product and publish it.
    – Edit that product and set Catalog visibility to Hidden (or exclude it from Shop and Search). Keep the product Published (don’t set it to Private/Draft) so it can be added to the cart by the gift rule.
    – Enable the feature in Theme Settings > Shop > Free Gifts.
    – Go to Dashboard > Products > Free Gifts > Add New, choose Automatic (or Manual) and select this hidden product in the Free gifts area. Then set your conditions (cart total, specific products/categories, etc.).

    How can I exclude it from the shop or hide it?

    You can hide a gift product from your public catalog using WooCommerce’s Catalog visibility:

    – Edit the gift product in WooCommerce (Products > All Products > Edit).
    – In the right sidebar, find Catalog visibility and click Edit.
    – Choose one of:
    – Hidden – excludes the product from both Shop and Search (recommended for gifts).
    – Shop only – shows in Shop, hides from Search.
    – Search results only – shows in Search, hides from Shop.
    – Click OK, then Update the product.
