Even Product Grid Option Missing in Custom Product Layouts

The “Even Product Grid” option under Theme Settings > Product Archive works with the global product layout system. You need to make sure the product view and image size in the archive widget inherit the theme settings, and all product cards use the same elements (price, title, buttons) to maintain equal height

Please navigate to Theme Settings > Product archives > Product styles. Here, you can enable the Even product grid for desktop option to align products if they have different height components: https://prnt.sc/ASt5z0mmasuz

Please note that this option helps product items to be even, without resizing images.

Yes, this is expected behavior.

The “Even Product Grid” option from Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product Grid works only with the predefined product layouts.

When you switch the Product layout type to Custom, the global Theme Settings options are no longer applied because the custom product card is fully controlled by the Product Loop Item Layout Builder.

In custom layouts, the “Even Product Grid” option is managed directly inside the loop builder settings instead.

Please edit your custom Loop Item layout:
Dashboard > Layouts > Loop item > Edit your layout

Then open the Loop item settings (gear icon in the top-right corner of the Gutenberg editor) and enable: https://postimg.cc/DS3NFQzh
