Maki889ParticipantI currently have two issues on my website:
1. The price does not update when I select a variation.
2. When I select a variation in the product archive, the button should say “Add to cart” so the selected variation can be added directly to the cart. Instead, it shows “Choose option” (Ausführung auswählen).I deactivated several plugins one after another, and the issue is resolved when I deactivate GTM4WP AND/OR CookieYes.
Attached are some screenshots and the login for the staging site.

Maki889ParticipantPerhaps the issue was related to object caching. Initially, I didn’t suspect a caching issue since the problem persisted even after I deactivated the LiteSpeed plugin. However, my hosting provider has server-side caching enabled.
After disabling server-side object cache, the issue seems to be resolved. I will keep an eye on it over the next few days and update you accordingly.
May 27, 2026 at 9:17 am #719607Hi there,
Thanks for the update and the detailed checks you’ve done.
Please keep an eye on it and let us know if the issue returns with caching enabled. If it does, share the exact steps to reproduce and leave the staging access in the Private Content field so we can check it in the same environment.
Kind regards,

Maki889ParticipantHi Serg,
The problem persisted even with Object Caching disabled.
However, the error consistently appears whenever I activate the plugin:Advanced Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules for WooCommerce by AlgolPlus
Others have reported similar issues here in the forum.
Could you please recommend an alternative for discount pricing in the B2B market?
Thanks for your support!May 27, 2026 at 3:51 pm #719721Hello,
Thanks for the update. We don’t have an alternative recommendation for discount/pricing in B2B. To help investigate the conflict with “Advanced Dynamic Pricing and Discount Rules for WooCommerce (AlgolPlus),” please provide the following so we can reliably reproduce it on your staging:
– Exact steps to trigger the issue (single product price not updating and archive button showing “Choose option”), including example product/category URLs.
– A short screen recording of the issue on staging.Once we have these details, we’ll try to reproduce and pinpoint what’s causing the behavior.
Kind regards,

Maki889ParticipantI deactivated all plugins and am now having issues with the CookieYes plugin. It looks like there are conflicts with multiple plugins, but not always at the same time — everything is somewhat unstable.

May 28, 2026 at 3:49 pm #719805Hello,
Thanks for the updates and for providing access.
We checked the staging site and when the CookieYes plugin is enabled, none of our theme’s front-end scripts are loaded. This is what breaks the variation price update and the Quick Shop/Add to cart behavior.
Please review your CookieYes configuration in the CookieYes app dashboard: https://app.cookieyes.com/
– Check the script blocking/auto-blocking settings.
– If there is a list of blocked JS files, add exceptions/allowlist entries for the theme’s scripts so they are not blocked. After adjusting the settings, please test again. If the issue persists, share a screenshot of your CookieYes script-blocking configuration so we can point you to the exact entries to allow.
Kind regards,

Maki889ParticipantHi Serg,
I have deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and the Woodmart Core, and the issue is still there!Cloudflare is in development mode and the object cache on the server is deactivated as well. The issue has to be in the theme or in WooCommerce — there’s no other possibility. See the video.
I really need a solution asap, since customers are seeing the wrong prices!!

Maki889ParticipantOne more thing:
On my live Webshop I deactivated “Hide to price” & “Hide variations parent” under Shop>Variable products
and even then it doesn’t show the right price on some products.May 29, 2026 at 9:27 am #719880Hello,
Thanks for the update and the video. We checked your site and can see that the CookieYes plugin is still active. Please disable CookieYes completely and then test the variation price update and the archive add to cart button again. Once it’s disabled, let us know so we can re-check. If the issue persists with CookieYes fully disabled, check the service configuration and make sure that all our themes scripts are loaded correctly.
Kind regards,

Maki889ParticipantMaybe you looked at the live site, but the cookieyes plugin on staging site is not active.
Please go to my staging site test8. there is no plugin active and the issue is still there. If you still see something from cookieyes, please share a picuture what you see and why you think the plugin is still active.

To help diagnose this issue, could you please test with a default theme? This will help us determine if the problem is theme-related or caused by another factor.
Steps:
1. Temporarily switch to the default WordPress or Storefront theme (WooCommerce’s official theme)
2. Test the functionality
3. Let us know if the issue persistsImportant: Make a backup before switching themes, and don’t worry—your WoodMart settings will be preserved.
Best regards

Maki889ParticipantI switched to Twenty Twenty-Five Theme and issue is still there.
What stands out is that the problem only occurs with products that have a reduced price, for other products it displays correctly.
May 29, 2026 at 1:40 pm #719953
Maki889ParticipantThere’s a bug in the WooCommerce plugin:
When I go to Products > All Products, the overview shows a “from–to price” for variable products. For some of them, however, only the lowest variation price was shown. To fix the issue:
Go to the product > Quick Edit > under “In stock?” simply select “In stock” (even if it’s already set that way). Update, and that’s it. WooCommerce reloads the product and then displays the correct from–to price.I don’t know since when the bug has existed or what causes it, but this workaround resolves it.
I’ll report the bug to WooCommerce. You can close the topic.

Thanks for the thorough follow-up and for sharing the workaround. Glad to hear you identified it as a WooCommerce issue and that re-saving via Quick Edit (setting “In stock” and updating) refreshes the product and corrects the variable price display.
We’ll mark this topic as resolved and close it. If anything changes or the issue returns, feel free to start a new topic with the details.
