Double review stars on Carousel Element

We have recently had an issue where we see double review stars on the Products (grid or carousel) element

Please advise how this can be solved?

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme (including caching, optimization, and third-party WooCommerce extensions)? This will help us check if any of them are causing the issue.
After that, kindly share your WordPress admin access using the Private content field so we can investigate it directly.

Sure, so we deactivated all plugins on our staging site and the issue is still there.

Thanks for reaching out.
The double stars appear because the item loop layout has an extra Action added to the hook woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item_title. Please remove that hook from your product item layout if you don’t need it.

After this, the stars should display only once. Let us know if you still see duplicates.
