noraParticipantHello,
I have another issue that I need your help with. 2 products in my current listings are not opening in the front end when you click to open them, whereas the others do open. These products were opening when I first listed them. I am not sure what happened to them. I have cleared the catches of my browser and even tried a different browser, yet they do not open and I am unable to view them. I have attached a video link in the private content section where I demonstrated the issue. I recreated one of the two listings but it still won’t open. If you need to login to the admin to check it out, please use the login details I provided in the private content section of my last closed case.

May 28, 2026 at 9:21 am #719765Hello,
Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme (including caching, optimization, and third-party WooCommerce extensions)? This will help us check if any of them are causing the issue.
After that, kindly share your WordPress admin access using the Private content field so we can investigate it directly.
We will review your setup and get back to you shortly.
Best regards

noraParticipantI have disabled the plugins that I suspect could not have come with Woodmart, but the issue persists. I did not disable more than I was comfortable with because I didn’t want to disable what might have come with the theme. I have included the admin login details in the private content section as you requested.

May 29, 2026 at 10:04 am #719887There are still a lot of plugins not related to our theme. Leave only WooCommerce and WoodMart core so we can test this.

noraParticipantHello Serg,
I deactivated the plugins one after the other and found that it is the “Really Simple Security” plugin that was causing the issue. All products loaded normally after deactivation. Please see the attached screenshot. My concern now is what happens to the site security if this plugin remains deactivated? Kindly advise.
Best regards

Regarding what happens to your site’s security if that plugin remains deactivated: we can’t advise because we don’t know what that specific plugin does, and third‑party security tools are outside our theme support scope. Please contact the plugin’s support and ask which setting or rule is blocking single product pages and how to configure it so it works with WooCommerce/WoodMart.

noraParticipantThanks for your prompt response. I will do as advised regarding the Really Simple Security plugin.
Please help check out another issue I have with some of my footer menus, specifically the “Contact Us” and the “Blogs.” They have labels “New” and “Hot” attached to them respectively from the first time I created them and I don’t know why. I have checked on the backend if there are updates or comments that I need to clear out, but is none. Please see attached screenshot for clarity.

You are using the Extra Menu List widget in Elementor, and the “New” and “Hot” texts are not system-generated labels.
They were manually added as menu item labels inside the widget settings for those specific items (Blogs and Contact Us).
How to fix it:
1. Edit the footer with Elementor
2. Open the Extra Menu List widget
3. Click on the menu items (Blogs / Contact Us)
4. Check the Label / Text field
5. Remove “Hot” and “New” from there and save changesSee Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/c6CnsfTy
After removing these labels, they will no longer appear on the frontend.
Best Regards
