Filters not working

    Hello

    I have a shop page where I added the filters for the products, but when I click on one of the filters, it redirects me to another page (the url shows filter in it)

    I created it with Elementor

    We have a big campaign tomorrow. Please help us solve this.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out and for the link.

    This behavior is expected. WoodMart product filters always redirect to the main WooCommerce Shop page and display the filtered results there. That’s why you see a different URL (with the filter parameters) and are taken away from a custom Elementor page like your “Cellar” page.

    When I apply a filter instead of
    https://prettygoodcoffee.ro/cellar/?filter_roaster=nomad-coffee
    I get
    https://prettygoodcoffee.ro/shop/?filter_roaster=nomad-coffee

    Hello,
    Thanks for the follow-up.

    What you’re seeing is correct. WoodMart product filters work on the default WooCommerce Shop archive only. They don’t filter on custom pages built with Elementor, so clicking a filter will redirect to the Shop page and show the filtered results there. That’s why you get /shop/?filter_roaster=nomad-coffee instead of /cellar/?filter_roaster=nomad-coffee.

    If you need filters, please use the Shop page for that listing.
