    Dear WoodMart Support Team,

    Greetings from KAMA PET SHOP.

We are currently using the WoodMart theme on our WooCommerce website along with Razorpay Magic Checkout integration.

We are facing an issue related to payment methods visibility inside our mobile app/webview.

    Issue Details:
When customers open our website directly in a mobile browser, all Razorpay UPI payment options such as Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, CRED UPI, BHIM, etc. appear correctly and work properly.

However, when the checkout page is opened through our mobile app/in-app browser, the UPI payment options disappear. Only Cards, Netbanking, and Wallet methods are visible.

Since the issue only occurs in the app/webview environment, we want to confirm whether there could be any compatibility issue related to:

    WoodMart AJAX checkout
    Theme checkout optimization
    JavaScript conflicts
    Lazy loading/deferred scripts
    Webview compatibility
    WooCommerce checkout hooks

We have attached screenshots for reference showing:

Browser checkout – UPI options visible.
App checkout – UPI options missing.

    Kindly let us know:

Whether WoodMart has any known compatibility issues with Razorpay Magic Checkout or app webviews.
Whether any checkout optimization settings should be disabled for compatibility.
If any JavaScript/AJAX conflict may be preventing UPI Intent options from loading.

Please guide us on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

    Regards,
    KAMA PET SHOP

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and for the clear description.

To determine whether this is related to WoodMart, please run this quick test:
    – Temporarily switch your site to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four).
    – Open the checkout inside the same app/webview and check if the UPI options appear.
    – Don’t change any plugins or Razorpay settings during the test.

Let us know the result. If the UPI methods also disappear with the default theme, it’s not theme-related. If they appear with the default theme but not with WoodMart, share that outcome and we’ll proceed accordingly.

    Kind regards,
    XTemos Studio
