    Hello WoodMart Support,

I am experiencing an issue with a Brevo subscription form used inside a WoodMart Promo Popup.

    Website setup:

    WordPress
    WoodMart Theme
Promo Popup enabled via Theme Settings
Popup content is loaded from an HTML Block
Brevo subscription form is embedded inside this HTML Block

    Issue details:

When I use the Brevo HTML Embed code:

The form displays correctly inside the Promo Popup.
The subscriber is successfully added to the Brevo list.
However, after clicking the Subscribe button, the browser opens a blank Brevo page instead of displaying the success message inside the popup.
At the same time, when the same form is inserted simply on the button (about us page, the button to subscribe to news) – the form works correctly and after pressing the button to subscribe – a message about a successful poll appears (there is no white screen)

When I use the Brevo iframe version:

    The form works correctly.
    The success message is displayed.
    Subscribers are added successfully.

This makes me think the issue may be related to how scripts are initialized when the Promo Popup content is loaded dynamically.

    Could you please advise:

Are there any known limitations when using third-party HTML forms inside WoodMart Promo Popup?
Does Promo Popup require reinitialization of external JavaScript after opening?
Is there a JavaScript event or hook that fires when the Promo Popup opens so that external form scripts can be reinitialized?
Have you seen similar issues with Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other embedded subscription forms inside Promo Popup?
I need to insert the HTML of the Brevo form – because I can’t style the iframe enough.

I would appreciate any recommendations for the correct way to integrate third-party subscription forms inside the Promo Popup.

    Thank you for your help.
