hemsepetParticipantHello XTemos Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent issue with the “AJAX Products Tabs” element in Elementor on my Woodmart website.
Problem Description:
When I configure the “AJAX Products Tabs” element to show products in a specific grid layout (e.g., 6 columns), the first tab (e.g., “Best Sellers”) remains locked at 4 columns on page load. However, when I click on other tabs (e.g., “Featured”), they load via AJAX correctly with the updated 6-column layout. The same issue applies to “Items per page” and “Pagination” settings on the first tab.
What I have tried so far to troubleshoot (None of these worked):
1. I checked inside the Elementor Editor. The issue is persistent even within the Editor (the first tab shows 4 columns, the other tabs show 6).
2. I cleared all Elementor CSS & Data cache via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
3. I am not using any third-party caching plugins, and I have tested the site in a completely clean Incognito/Private window to rule out browser cache.
4. I checked WoodMart Theme Settings -> Product Archive -> Product Grid and adjusted the columns settings there, but it did not affect the first tab.
5. I verified that there are no custom column overrides inside the Content -> Tabs list for the “Best Sellers” tab.
6. I tried switching the layout from “Grid” to “Carousel” under Products Layout. Even in Carousel layout, the first tab is restricted to 4 items on initial load while other tabs respect the settings.
7. I checked the WooCommerce Customizer settings (Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog) to ensure there was no global override, but it didn’t resolve the issue. It appears that the column and limit parameters are not being correctly applied or passed to the statically pre-loaded first tab during the initial page render.
Could you please assist me in resolving this bug? I can provide temporary admin credentials if you need to inspect the backend.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

hemsepetParticipantHello,
I have successfully deactivated all 3rd-party plugins on my setup (keeping only WooCommerce, Elementor, and Woodmart Core active), but the issue still persists. The first tab of the “AJAX Products Tabs” remains locked at 4 columns on initial load, while the other tabs correctly display 6 columns.
Since this site is currently in my local development environment, I have enabled the LocalWP “Live Link” feature so you can inspect the issue.
I will keep my computer and the LocalWP application running. I am sharing the Live Link and WP-admin login details in the Private Content area below.
Thank you!

hemsepetParticipantHello,
Since the local connection (Live Link) was too slow and unstable, I have successfully migrated the entire website to a live online server. You can now access and test the site directly on the live server without any connection drops.
I have shared the new live website URL and WP-admin credentials in the Private Content area below.
Thank you for your help and patience!

hemsepetParticipantHello,
I deeply apologize for the previous issue. You were unable to access the site because of a redirection loop pointing back to my local host environment (hemavm.local) due to a database migration error on my end.
I have now successfully resolved this URL conflict, ran a complete search and replace on the database, and fully migrated the website. The live website is loading correctly now, and all local redirect/prompt issues have been resolved.
You can now access the site directly on the live server. I have shared the live website URL and WP-admin credentials in the Private Content area below.
Thank you very much for your understanding, and I appreciate your patience!

hemsepetParticipantHello,
Thank you very much for resolving the issue on my live site! I checked the page and confirmed that the column and pagination settings are working properly now.
However, since I do my main website development in my local environment (LocalWP) and will migrate the final version to this live site later, I need to apply this exact same fix to my local site as well.
Could you please let me know:
1. What was causing this column and pagination issue on the first tab?
2. Which files did you modify (and what code did you change), or which specific settings did you adjust to fix it?This will help me replicate the solution in my local environment so the issue doesn’t reappear when I perform my next migration.
Thank you again for your great support!
Best Regards

hemsepetParticipantHello,
Just a quick update: I wanted to let you know that I managed to find a solution for the issue on my end. You may kindly close this ticket now.
I wanted to share my findings in case they might be helpful for your team or other users:
– The issue seems to occur when the “AJAX Products Tabs” element is imported as part of a pre-made block via the **”XTemos Templates”** button. The imported template appears to carry some layout/column settings that override the Elementor configurations.
– However, when I drag and drop a fresh “AJAX Products Tabs” widget directly from the **left Elementor widgets panel** and configure it, it works correctly and respects the 6-column layout.Everything is working fine on my live site now. Thank you so much for your time and kind support!
Best Regards,
