abemirogluParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
I recently purchased and activated WoodMart and imported the Home Furniture demo.
I am experiencing a serious issue with Elementor.
Problem:
All pages created/imported by WoodMart do not open in Elementor. The editor keeps loading and eventually shows “Preview could not be loaded”.What I tested:
– WoodMart license is activated.
– WoodMart Core is activated.
– Elementor is activated.
– All WoodMart patches have been applied.
– Cache cleared.
– CSS/JS cache cleared.
– Elementor CSS regenerated.
– PHP Memory Limit: 512M
– PHP Version: 8.2
– max_input_vars: 10000
– Safe Mode works correctly.
– Pages created with Astra open normally in Elementor.
– The issue affects only WoodMart pages/templates.Additional information:
When I enable Elementor Safe Mode, the editor opens successfully.
This makes me believe there is a conflict between WoodMart and Elementor or an issue with the imported demo content.

Thank you.

Please follow this guide and troubleshoot the issue.

abemirogluParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply.
I have already followed the Elementor troubleshooting guide and completed all the recommended steps, including:
* Clearing all cache.
* Regenerating Elementor CSS & Data.
* Applying all WoodMart patches.
* Increasing PHP limits.
* Testing with Safe Mode.
* Checking memory limits and server settings.Additionally, I tested the website with all non-essential plugins disabled, leaving only Elementor, WooCommerce, and WoodMart-related plugins active. Unfortunately, the issue still remains.
Elementor works correctly in Safe Mode, but in normal mode it continues to show “Preview could not be loaded”.
I have also provided temporary administrator access in the private content section.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could log in, investigate the issue directly, and perform any necessary troubleshooting on your side.
Please let me know if you require FTP access as well.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

I have further investigated the issue, and it seems the demo content was not imported correctly on your site because third-party plugins with existing content were active during the import process.
Please try the following:
– Deactivate all third-party plugins (keep only WoodMart required plugins active)
– Re-import the demo on a fresh setupPlease note that our demo content is designed to work on a fresh WordPress installation. If there is already existing content or active third-party plugins, it can conflict with the import process and cause an incomplete or broken demo setup.
If the issue still remains after this, let me know and I will help you import the demo on your site.
Best Regards
