I checked everthing the issue is with theme even with cash on delivery thank you page is not showing even with payment gateway

Since the issue is also happening with Cash on Delivery, it is not related to the payment gateway itself but most likely caused by a theme conflict or plugin error during checkout redirect.
To confirm it is theme-related, please test once with a default theme like Storefront. If checkout works there, share some screenshots and share the wp logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

the issue is with the theme now in storefront payment gateway and cash on delivery both working well

Hello,
Your issue has been resolved. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Thank you page and enable the “Default Thank you page” content. Please check your site and check the issue.
