    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution. Also switch the child theme to the parent theme.

    Best Regards,

We’ve already run tests, deactivated everything, and the problem is with the Woodmart Core plugin. As soon as we activate it, the problem returns. I’m asking you to resolve this. You have access to the website.

    Hello,

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.5.1 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue.

    Hello,

Please download the latest version of the theme from your account on ThemeForest and reinstall the theme, replacing all the files via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new and let us know if it works.

    Best Regards
