theme using too much server resources

    hello,

    i have issue in my website its taking too much server specs when i disable them then it works why that happen how to fix that it taking too much memory check the sc may be some issue with code
    server details kindly help me with that
    CPU: 3 Cores, RAM: 6GB, Entry Processes (EP): 75, Optimizations: PHP Object Cache
    (Redis) and AccelerateWP

    To investigate high resource usage properly, we need to run a quick conflict test and compare results in real time. Please do the following or confirm we’re allowed to do it on your site:

    Temporarily disable plugins
    – Deactivate all non-required plugins, leaving only:
    – WooCommerce
    – WoodMart Core

    Access for deeper checks
    – Please provide temporary WP admin and FTP/SFTP access via the forum’s Private Content:
    – WP Admin URL, username, password
    – FTP/SFTP host, username, password, port

    Once we have the access and your confirmation, we’ll switch between themes on your website and investigate hwo the WoodMart impact the server load.

    i have found not theme issue it was facebook crawler which giving 3500 user traffic per sec i block them not fixed
