kazol8791ParticipantHello WoodMart Support Team,
I purchased a valid WoodMart license from ThemeForest and am using it on my website, modhur.com.
I am experiencing an issue with Elementor. When I click “Edit with Elementor” on any page, the editor does not load and shows the following error:
“The preview could not be loaded”
“Error 0” (sometimes Error 503)I have attached a screenshot of the issue.
Website: modhur.com
Theme: WoodMart
Page Builder: ElementorCould you please help me identify the cause and provide a solution? If this is related to theme compatibility, server settings, or any WoodMart-specific configuration, please let me know.
Thank you.

This issue is usually related to low PHP server limits or a conflict on the site environment.
Please increase the PHP values on your server and then check the issue again. Also, kindly follow Elementor’s official troubleshooting guide and configure all the recommended options:
https://elementor.com/help/elementor-not-loadingAfter applying the recommended settings, clear all cache and test the editor again.
Best Regards

kazol8791ParticipantHello,
Elementor editor works correctly when I activate another theme, but when I activate Woodmart Theme (v8.5.1), Elementor editor does not load.
Server requirements appear to be fine:
PHP 8.2.30
Memory Limit 512M
Max Input Vars 10000
I also see JavaScript errors in Elementor logs such as:
Element type already registered
elementorAdmin is not defined
startsWith is not a function
Could you please check whether this is a compatibility issue between Woodmart and Elementor and advise how to fix it?

Thank you.June 8, 2026 at 10:20 am #720872Hello,
I have further investigated the issue and see that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected that is why it is not working.
Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue still remains, let me know which demo you want to import, so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

kazol8791ParticipantPlease fix the issue on my website. I have been doing it again and again but it is not working. I have given my website login address and password. Import the Pets website. And make sure that the page can be edited properly using the Elementor plugin.

June 8, 2026 at 12:57 pm #720906Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty-Five or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then please share some screenshots with the default theme.
Best Regards
