WoodMart 8.5 + WordPress 7.0 — mobile menu burger does not open (no JS error)

    WoodMart 8.5.0 on WordPress 7.0. The Header Builder mobile menu burger shows (“Menu”) but tapping it does nothing — it only adds # to the URL. There is NO JavaScript error in the browser console. The desktop menu works perfectly. I have already: disabled all LiteSpeed CSS/JS optimization, disabled Cloudflare Rocket Loader, cleared all caches, applied all Patcher patches, updated the theme, regenerated Elementor CSS, and set the header as default. The off-canvas mobile menu still won’t open. This is on a staging site and I can provide temporary admin access. Please advise.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the response. I have completed both steps you suggested:

    1. Updated the theme to the latest version 8.5.1 (the parent WoodMart theme is now updated; my active theme is the WoodMart child theme).
    2. Deactivated ALL plugins temporarily, including WoodMart Core, Elementor, ElementsKit and all third-party plugins.

    Unfortunately, the issue still persists — on mobile, the burger menu does not open when tapped. There is no JS error showing. So it does not appear to be a plugin conflict.

    This is happening on my staging site. I’m providing the staging URL and admin login below (in the private content field) so you can investigate directly. Please let me know if you need anything else from my side.

    As we can see, most of the plugins are still turned on. Please temporarily turn it off so we can investigate it further.

    Hello,

    I have now deactivated all the plugins (only WooCommerce is left active, as the shop depends on it). The theme is already updated to version 8.5.1.

    The staging site access details are in the private content field above. Please go ahead and investigate the mobile menu issue — the burger menu does not open on mobile. Let me know if you need anything else from my side.
