Hello WoodMart Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue when trying to edit pages with Elementor. Most of the time, when I click “Edit with Elementor”, the page fails to load and returns a 503 Service Unavailable error.
In addition, visitors occasionally encounter 503 errors on the frontend of the website as well.
I contacted my hosting provider and they investigated the server logs. Their latest response was:
“We’ve checked the logs again and found too many /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php requests from your website. One Ajax request is equal to 1 process. This /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php request could be from multiple browser tabs when editing WordPress or could be from outdated plugins and themes. We recommend utilizing only 1 to 2 browser tabs when editing WordPress.”
To troubleshoot the issue, I disabled all plugins and tested again, but the problem still persisted.
However, I noticed that Elementor seems to work properly when Safe Mode is enabled. This makes me suspect there may be a compatibility issue related to the theme or its integration with Elementor.
Could you please help me investigate this issue and let me know if there are any known conflicts, settings, or debugging steps specific to WoodMart that I should check?
Thank you.
