    Hello,

    First, try to navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and try updating the plugin from there.

    If the automatic update does not work, update manually by downloading the latest version from your account on the support forum.

    Here is the URL to download: https://xtemos.com/my-account/

    Then navigate to Plugins >> Add New Plugins >> Upload the latest plugin zip file >> after completing the uploading, it will ask to replace the old plugin with the latest version >> Click the replace button.

    1. If I re install plugin, the design will remain same?
    2. After my support period, will I able to download the update plugin from the XTEMOS dashboard?

    Hello,

    Yes, you can safely reinstall or update the plugin without losing your design or settings. All WoodMart and plugin settings are stored in your WordPress database, so your layouts, configurations, and content will remain unchanged after updating. Only the plugin files are replaced during the update process.

    Regarding your second question, after your support period ends, you will still be able to download the latest plugin updates from your XTemos account dashboard if your license is active.
