Discount labels on product grid

    Discound labels are not shown in product grid as they used to. Please tell us how can they be displayed.

    Also you have created custom labels but you didn’t give us options of where to place them, on single/ on product frid, up, down, left or right. It is nor good fearure yet. An ability to upload our own image or backround color would be nice.

    Hello,

    Regarding the discount labels, please make sure that the Sale label option is enabled in Theme Settings > Shop > Product Labels. Also, check that the products have a valid sale price configured. If the issue persists, please share the product URL so we can investigate further.

    Regarding the Custom Label Builder, the current functionality allows you to create fully custom labels with your own content, styles, background colors, images, and display conditions. The label position is determined by the location of the Product Label or Product Labels element within the Product Loop Item Builder or Single Product Layout Builder.

    At the moment, there are no separate built-in controls to automatically choose positions such as top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right from the label settings themselves.

    It is active, discount is displayed on single but not on product grid.

    Hello,

    Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.5.2 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue.

    If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    As I have told and you have probably ignored it, this happens to all updated websites. However I did re-updated theme and deactivated all third plugins and still labels do not appeat on product grid.

    We understand your concern.

    We have also tested this on our side with the latest theme version, and the sale labels are working correctly in the product grid, so this does not appear to be a theme update issue.

    To investigate this further on your site, we would need to perform deeper testing.

    Please confirm the following permissions:
    – Temporary permission to deactivate plugins (for conflict testing)
    – Temporary switch to parent/default theme for testing
    – Access with Editor role for Customizer and theme editor: https://postimg.cc/67wZtC2t

    This will allow us to quickly identify what is preventing the labels from appearing on your product grid.

    As you can understand this is a live website and the testing cannot be done any time. At the moment I have another website almost identical that hasn’t been updated yet. It has the 8.4.1 on. I will try to update, if this has the same issue I will keep you posted.

    Regarding the plugins, I have deactivated them all and the same problem occurs.
