    Hello WoodMart Support Team,

    I have purchased and registered the WoodMart theme.

    I am facing an issue with the backend editor. When the WoodMart Core plugin is activated, WordPress Page Edit and Product Edit screens do not load properly. If I deactivate the WoodMart Core plugin, the edit pages load normally.

    My environment details:

    WoodMart Version: 8.5.2
    WordPress Version: Latest
    PHP Version: 8.2
    WPBakery Page Builder: Latest Version
    WooCommerce: Latest Version

    I have already tested the following:

    Deactivated all unnecessary plugins
    Confirmed that the issue occurs only when WoodMart Core is active
    WPBakery works when WoodMart Core is deactivated
    Checked browser console and found JavaScript errors during editor loading

    Could you please help identify the cause of this conflict and advise on the proper fix?

    To troubleshoot this issue, please deactivate all plugins except these essential ones:

    – WoodMart Core
    – WooCommerce
    – WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor

    If the problem is resolved, reactivate your other plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

    If the issue persists even with all other plugins deactivated, please provide your admin credentials in a private reply and confirm permission for us to temporarily deactivate plugins and switch themes for testing (15-20 minutes). Please backup your site before providing access.
