akselfaaParticipantAlso when I do Vimeo video on this other product page its just loading and loading on iphone, but on PC it works fine. Is it because of lazy loading?
June 16, 2026 at 11:43 am #721701Hello,
I have checked your site on an Android mobile device and the video is not muted; it plays with sound normally. The other Vimeo video is also working fine on my end. Could you please try checking the issue again on a different browser or another device, and confirm if the behavior is still the same?

akselfaaParticipantFirst issue: It only comes sound on the first time i play the video. If I refresh the page the sound is turnt off. Can you please check?
The second issue: My friend tried to load video on his iPhone, its also just loading on his part and not showing video. So for both of us its just loading and loading forever

akselfaaParticipantI moved video issue to another product so it doesnt load on the most important product. Please check issue on this new product link instead.
June 16, 2026 at 3:21 pm #721741Hi there,
Thanks for the details.
About the sound on iPhone: mobile browsers block autoplay with sound. If Autoplay is enabled for your product video, the player will initialize muted after a refresh. Please edit the product, open the video options and:
– Disable Autoplay
– Set Audio status to Not muted
– (Optional) switch Video display type to Native player for standard Vimeo controlsThen clear cache on the site and browser and test again. Also double‑check the iPhone isn’t in Silent mode and the volume is up.
About the Vimeo that keeps loading on iPhone: this is often caused by lazy‑loading or optimization for iframes/videos from a cache/performance plugin.
– Temporarily disable lazy load for iframes/videos in any optimization plugin (e.g. WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, SG Optimizer, etc.), or exclude the Vimeo player on that product page
– Disable “delay/defer JS” for Vimeo domains (player.vimeo.com, i.vimeocdn.com) while testing
– Purge all caches and test in Safari on iOS (also try a Private window with content blockers off)To proceed, please share:
– The product URL where you moved the video
– iPhone model and iOS version, and browser used (Safari/Chrome)
– Which cache/performance plugins are active and their lazy‑load settingsIf the issue persists after the steps above, provide temporary admin access via the forum’s Private Content and we’ll check your video settings and performance configuration.
Kind regards,

akselfaaParticipantAbout the sound on iPhone: But havent you seen the gallery? Its cleary not in autoplay? You have to click the play button. So its already Disable Autoplay, Audio status to Not muted, Video display type Native player. Like I said. The sound is on the first time, but when I refresh the page its no longer sound. I then have to go to settings in vimeo bar and unmute.
About the Vimeo that keeps loading on iPhone: I dont think we have any lazy loading activated, perhaps through woodmart somewhere? I dont know how to Disable “delay/defer JS” for Vimeo domains. I also tried Purge all caches and test in Safari on iOS (also try a Private window with content blockers off) but still loading.
